I welcome requests to supervise undergraduate dissertations and graduate work on topics related to my research interests, including the philosophy of cognitive science, the philosophy of mind, and the metaphysics of biology.
In the 2021-2022 academic year, I'll be giving lectures on Dualism and Functionalism for Part 1A (First Year) Metaphysics.
Previously, I've supervised undergraduates sitting the following papers in Philosophy:
Part IA (1st Year) Metaphysics
Part IB (2nd Year) Metaphysics & Epistemology
Part II (3rd Year) Philosophy of Mind
Part II (3rd Year) Philosophy of Science
I've also delivered lecture courses on Sources of Knowledge for Part IB Metaphysics & Epistemology, and on Consciousness for Part II Philosophy of Mind. I've also led discussion groups for Part IA Metaphysics and Ethics.
Students can find my 9 Rules for Writing Philosophy here.
